摘　　要：分析苏丹维和二级医院职责、任务、工作特点和面临的特殊环境,指出存在的困难,提出应对措施:适应联合国工作规范,严格执行规章制度,转变疾病诊治思路,合理利用有限资源,加强卫生防疫和健康教育。The responsibilities,duties and circumstance of level 2 peacekeeping hospital were analyzed and the troubles in medical practice was put forward.Then the countermeasures were suggested as follow：adapt to the criterions of UN,abide by the rules of level 2 hospital,change the modes in treating disease,use the limited medical source properly,strengthen the disease prophylaxis and health education.
