摘 要:利用合理的打浆工艺,有可能使天丝纤维充分的原纤化,形成具有几十到几百纳米直径原纤的浆料。天丝纤维与无纺布复合制备的复合材料在高精度过滤及分离材料领域具有应用前景。该材料可采用辊压方式提高性能。综合分析三种复合方法的纸页性能,发现湿法压榨的复合方法其层间结合强度最大,孔径最小,撕裂度和抗张强度适中。综合比较了三个定量的天丝与PP无纺布复合的纸页性能之后发现,20g/m2定量层间结合强度最大,抗张强度指数、撕裂度适中;平均孔径较小,为5.41μm。Tencel fiber could be well fibrillated by controlling the refining condition and the fibrils are several hundreds nanometer or less in diameter.The composite material which is composed of tencel pulp and nonwoven has potential application in the field of high efficient filtration and separation.Its performance can be improved by calendering.The properties of composites which are prepared by three methods are studied,and the results show that by wet press,the interface combination is the best and the pore size is the smallest when the composites are prepared,and wet press can also reach good mechanical properties,such as tear strength,tensile strength.The effect of basis weight is also studied and the results show the performances of the composite are the best as tencel paper basis weight is 20 g/m2.Its interface combination is the best,and the pore diameter is minimum,reaching 5.41μm,the tensile strength index and tear resistance are also good.
