摘 要:本文采用衍生-还原裂解(DFRC)法降解竹子磨木木素(MWL)、竹子蒸煮黑液木素(BKL)、竹浆残余木素(BRKL),并通过GC/MS对其降解产物进行了检测。研究结果表明:磨木木素主要由大量的愈创木基型(G)和紫丁香基型(S)结构单元组成,也存在少量的对羟苯基型(P)结构单元,其质量比为P∶G∶P∶S=1∶9.51∶8.08。黑液木素和残余木素所含的β-O-4键的数量基本相同,均不足竹子木素的十分之一。以DFRC反应机理为基础,还发现了少量苯丙烯醇、苯甲醛的木素末端基结构和α-羰基结构的木素降解产物。Degradation of three lignins isolated from bamboo,bamboo black liquid and bamboo pulp was carried out by DFRC.The degraded monomers were identified by GC/MS spectroscopy.The results indicated that the bamboo MWL mainly consisted of guaiacyl(G),syringyl(S) units and a small amount of p-hydroxyphenyl(P) unit.The ratio of P ∶G ∶S was calculated as 1 ∶9.51 ∶8.08.The quantitative monomers from these three lignins elucidated that bamboo MWL had a comparatively high β-O-4 linkage,which was more than 10 times higher than the BKL,while BRKL had an approximate same amount of this linkage with BKL.Some minor monomeric components from cinnamyl alcohol,aldehyde end groups and α-carbonyl units on the basis of the DFRC mechanisms had also been identified.
