治疗先天性泪囊炎相关因素的分析及护理

摘　　要：目的 通过综合分析先天性泪囊炎的病源学及影响因素,以选择更有效的治疗方法和护理措施.方法 对2009年3月至12月眼科门诊60例（68眼）先天性泪囊炎患儿进行信息登记和统计分析,并提取泪囊分泌物作细菌培养,合理地运用按摩法,泪道冲洗法及泪道探通术.结果 先天性泪囊炎发病年龄在新生儿出生后1～7 d,且先天性泪囊炎的分泌物中可培养出多种致病菌.通过早期采取按摩法治愈3眼（4.41%）,加压泪道冲洗法治愈7眼（10.77%）,泪道探通法治愈54眼（93.10%）,未愈4眼（5.88%）.结论 先天性泪囊炎的发现早于以往记录,而早期通过采取泪道探通术的治疗方法和护理措施能取得满意的效果.Objective To analyze the related factors and etiology,to choose the effective treatment and nursing measure of congenital dacryocystitis.Methods To register and analyze the essential information of 60 patients （68 eyes） of congenital dacryocystitis, to culture the bacteria of dacryocystitis secretion and to treat the dacryocystitis by massage of lacrimal passages , syringing of lacrimal passages and probing of lacrimal passages.Results Congenital dacryocystitis was discovered after postnatal 1～7 days. And the secretion of the congenital dacryocystitis had be positive for various kind of bacteria. To cure 4 eyes by massage of lacrimal passages,7 eyes by syringing of lacrimal passages and 54 eyes by probing of lacrimal passages.Conclusions Congenital dacryocystitis is discovered early. To chose probing of lacrimal passages and nursing early can be effectual.
