摘　　要：探讨老年糖尿病白内障合并无症状性脑梗死的临床特点,以探讨护理对策.对老年糖尿病性白内障合并脑梗死患者38例,观察其临床症状,主要并发症及预后.老年糖尿病性白内障合并脑梗死患者临床症状不典型,护理上应密切观察病情,控制危险因素,发现有头晕、情绪异常、肢体感觉、运动异常时及时进行相关检查,早期诊断和积极治疗老年糖尿病白内障,可预防脑梗死的发生,降低老年糖尿病白内障合并脑梗死的病死率.To analyze the clinical characters of the senile diabetic cataract along with symptomless cerebral infarction and explore the nursing countermeasure.A total of 38 cases of the senile diabetic cataract along with cerebral infarction were observed ,including the clinical symptom, the main complication and the prognosis.The clinical symptom of the senile diabetic cataract along with cerebral infarction wasn＇t typical. The state of the illness should be observed carefully. The dangerous factors must be controlled.Correlative examinations should be carried on if the cases are found to be light in the head, abnormity of the emotion, membra and exercise in order to defend the cerebral infarction.
