摘　　要：目的 探讨慢性肺源性心脏病患者实施整体护理的方法及临床效果.方法 2006年1月至2008年5月我院收治的慢性肺源性心脏病患者80例随机分为观察组40例（整体护理）和对照组40例（常规护理）,对两组的临床效果进行比较.结果 经过治疗与护理,两组的总有效率、血常规、血气分析相比均具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论 对慢性肺源性心脏病患者实施系统的整体护理措施,可以防止和减少临床并发症的发生,提高慢性肺源性心脏病患者的临床疗效,有效促进患者康复.Objective To explore the clinical effect of holistic nursing on chronic cor pulmonale.Methods From January 2006 to may 2008 80chronic cor pulmonale patients were randomly divided into observation group in 40 cases （holistic nursing） and control group in 40 cases （conventional care）. The clinical effects were compared between two groups.Results After therapy and nursing, two group total effectiveness, blood tests, blood gas analysis were compared with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Chronic cor pulmonale patients are treated with holistic nursing measures, which can prevent and reduce clinical complications, improve the clinical curative effect, effectively promote the patient recover.
