摘 要:采用硫脲与1,6-己二胺化学反应,合成了一种高活性环氧树脂固化剂,制备了可室温快速固化的环氧树脂结构胶,并分析了其预热温度对凝胶时间、预热时间和固化温度对钢-钢剪切拉伸强度的影响。实验结果表明:环氧树脂胶液在预热温度为23~27℃时,出现凝胶状态的时间较短(为14~18min),此状态下的胶体所粘接的试样在室温下固化均可达到较高的钢-钢剪切拉伸强度,并且固化温度越高,钢-钢剪切拉伸强度越大,当固化温度为40℃时,钢-钢剪切拉伸强度可达105.8MPa。Highly active epoxy resin hardener was synthesised by making chemical reaction on 1,6- hexamethylene diamines with thiourea,and it was used to prepare room temperature curing epoxy resin structural adhesive. Analyses of effects of preheat temperature on gel time,and preheat time,curing temperature on shear tensile strength of metal to metal were conducted. Testing results indicated that the time of gel state appearing of epoxy resin colloid was short (14-18min) at the preheat temperature of 23-27℃.After room curing, higher shear tensile strength of metal to metal can be abtained when the gel state colloid was used,and the higher the curing temperature was,the stronger it was.When the curing temperature was 40℃,the metal to metal shear tensile strength could reach 105.SMPa.
