摘　　要：在当代城市快速发展的背景下,地处武汉徐东这一城市核心地段的原武建集团构件二厂厂区的发展受到了相当的阻碍。从2008年开始,在政府相关部门和地产公司的共同努力下,这一厂区已开发建设成为金域华府居住区。该居住区中心工业景观庭院——茂园,成为了当代工业遗产改造热潮中的又一范例。该文通过实地调研和文献查阅等方式对茂园进行了实态调查研究,并从设计角度加以归纳演绎和综合分析,以期了解其设计实施的内涵和成因,以资借鉴。In the context of rapid urban development contemporary,the development has been hampered on the Second Component Factory of Wuhan Construction CO.LTD which located in Wuhan Xudong disdrict,one of the heart in this city.Starting in 2008,on efforts of the relevant government departments in joint of the property,this factory has been developed into Jinyuhuafu residential area.The central industrial landscape of the residential——Mao Park,has become another example of transformation on the boom of modern industrial rebuilding.On bases of field research and literature review,etc,this paper comprehensived and analysised of this yard from the design point of view,committed on understanding the meaning and causing of design and implementation,learning from them.
