摘　　要：目的 探讨代谢综合征病人的RDW结果变化及其意义.方法 用血细胞分析仪测定正常对照组和代谢综合征病人的RDW、MCV、HGB,根据结果进行相关性统计分析.结果 正常对照组RDW为13.8±0.85%,代谢综合征组RDW为18.4±0.92%,高于对照组（P〈0.05）,有统计学意义.结论 代谢综合征病人的RDW结果升高.Objective To explore the variation and significance of RDW（ red blood cell distribution width） in metabolic syndrome patients. Methods RDW, MCV （mean corpuscular volume ）, HGB （hemoglobin） were detected by hematology analyzer in normal control group and metabolic syndrome group, and then making statistical analysis according to the result. Result The RDW of normal control group arid metabolic syndrome group was 13.8 ±0.85% and 18.4 ± 0.92% respectively. There was a significant difference between them （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The RDW was elevated in metabolic syndrome patients.
