摘　　要：目的 探讨血清N末端脑钠肽前体定量检测对心力衰竭（heard failure,HF）的诊断价值.方法 使用法国生物梅里埃公司生产的全自动酶免疫荧光分析仪,对105例以呼吸困难为主诉的患者进行血清NT-proBNP检测,比较不同临床诊断分组的NT-proBNP浓度以及不同心功能分级患者的NT-proBNP浓度.结果 无症状心衰组与健康对照组比较NT-proBNP浓度有显著差异,有症状心衰组与无症状心衰组比较差异有显著性;NT-proBNP浓度随着NYHA心功能分级递增而增高,两者呈正相关.结论 NT-proBNP在早期诊断和鉴别心衰有很重要的价值,也是心衰预后评估及危险分层的良好指标.Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the detection of serum N - terminal pro - Brain natriuretic peptide（ NT - proBNP） in the diagnosis of heart failure （HF）. Methods Serum NT- proBNP of 105 patients who complained of having difficulty in breathing was detected by Mini VIDAS of BIOME RIEUX. Results There was significant difference in the levels of NT - proBNP between the asymptomatic HF group and the healthy control group, and there was significant difference in the levels of NT- proBNP between the symptomatic HF group and the asymptomatic HF group. The concentration of NT- proBNP was positively correlated with the NYHA functional classification. Conclusion Serum NT - proBNP detection was important in the early diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of HF, and it was a good indicator for the assessment of prognosis and the risk stratification.
