摘 要:目的 了解腹泻患儿感染状况及病原学分布特点.方法 对2009年1月至2010年12月在我院门诊就诊或住院的1573例腹泻患儿病原学检测结果进行回顾性分析.结果 从1573例腹泻患儿的大便标本中共检测出各类阳性病原893例,总检出率56.77%(893/1573).轮状病毒(RV)、细菌、真菌、原虫检出数分别为437例、381例、66例、9例,检出率依次为27.78%、24.22%、4.20%、0.57%.381例细菌感染标本中大肠埃希氏菌131例、克雷伯菌76例,该两株细菌占细菌总数的54.33%(207/381).结论 小儿感染性腹泻以轮状病毒为主,细菌次之,真菌亦是小儿腹泻的重要病原之一.加快RV疫苗的研制及应用是有效减轻RV疾病负担的方法.Objective In order to find out the infection conditions and the pathogenic distribution characteristics of diarrhea in children. Method Take retrospective analysis of etiology results of 1573 cases of diarrhea in children from January 2009 to December 2010, inluding outpatients and inpatients in our hospital. Results 893 cases of all types of positive pathogens were detected from the 15,733 cases of diarrhea stool specimens, with the total detection rate of 56.77% (893/1573). Rotavirus, bacteria, fungi, protozoa were separately detected by 437 cases, 381 cases, 66 cases, 9 cases, followed by the detection rate 27.78%, 24.22%, 4.20%, 0.57%. There were 13t cases of Bacterial Intestine absorption eoli Egypt and 76 cases of Klebsiella in the 381 infection patients samples, the total number of the two bacteria strains accounted for 54.33% (207/381). Conclusion Infectious diarrhea in children with mtavirusbased, followed by bacteria, fungi are also an important pcthogcn of diarrhea in children. Speeding up the development and application of RV vaccine is an effective way to reduce the burden of RV disease.
