基于价值工程的住宅小区智能化系统方案优化

摘　　要：随着人类社会的进步和科学技术的迅猛发展,智能化的热浪席卷了世界的每一个角落.在我国,智能化住宅小区建设也是目前房地产开发的热潮,得到了广大开发商和购房人的关注和认可.本文以价值工程原理为基础,把智能化子系统进行分类,确定价值工程分析的对象,对它们进行成本分析和功能分析,计算出各子系统的价值指数,并按照最适合区域法挑选方案优化的对象;最后,对需要优化的对象进行全面分析,提出改进的意见.With the advancement of the human society and the swift development of technology,the heat wave of being intellectualized has already swept every corner of the world.In our country,the intellectualization residential district is also an upsurge of the real estate construction at present,and obtained the attention and the approval by general developers and buyers.This article,we take the value engineering principle as the foundation,the intellectualized subsystem was classified,analysis object of value engineering were choiced,were calculated the cost and the function of the object were analyzed,the values index figure of various subsystems were calculated,and choice object of plan were optimized according to the method of most suitable region.Finally,we comprehensively analyze the object which needs to optimize,and the improvement comment were given.
