摘　　要：目的研究结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)在尿道下裂患者包皮组织中的表达情况,探索CTGF与阴茎体型及会阴型尿道下裂之间的关系。方法尿道下裂组16例包括阴茎体型11例,会阴型5例。对照组16例,均为接受包皮环切术的正常人。采用RT-PCR方法,检测CTGF mRNA在两组之间的表达差异;采用Western Blot方法,检测CTGF蛋白在两组之间的表达差异。结果 CTGF mRNA在尿道下裂组中的表达量明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CTGF蛋白在尿道下裂组中的表达量明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阴茎体型及会阴型尿道下裂患者包皮组织中CTGF的表达明显增多,提示CTGF在尿道下裂的发生发展过程中可能起重要的调控作用。Objective To research the expression of CTGF in the prepuce tissues of hypospadias patients and explore the relation between CTGF and the penile and perineal hypospadias.Methods The tissues were from 16 patents with hypospadias,including 11 cases of the penile hypospadias and 5 cases of the perineal hypospadias.16 normal penile skin tissue samples from elective circumcision were used as control.The mRNA expression levels of CTGF were evaluated by RT-PCR.The protein expression levels of CTGF were evaluated by Western blot.Results The CTGF mRNA and protein expression in the group of hypospadias were significantly increased compared with crotrol group.Conclusions CTGF is up-regulated in the prepuce tissues of penile and perineal hypospadias patients.CTGF might play an important role in regulating the development of hypospadias.
