摘 要:目的观察不同浓度异丙酚(Propofol)对大鼠胚胎中脑神经细胞缺氧损伤的保护作用。方法建立原代培养神经细胞缺氧损伤模型,形态学观察以及细胞存活率,测定乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放量、细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果异丙酚能明显改善缺氧损伤神经细胞的形态改变,提高细胞存活率,减少细胞内LDH的漏出,并可显著提高细胞内SOD活性,减少脂质过氧化产物MDA的产生。结论异丙酚对神经元缺氧损伤具有明显的保护作用。Objective To study the protective effect of propofol of the embryo midbrain neuron injured by hypoxia.Methods A model of hypoxia injury was established by using primary cultural neurons and relatively protein content.The cellular morphological changes and survival rate,the levels of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) releases and productions of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities and the glutathione(GSH) were detected.Results The experimental data showed that propofol attenuated significantly the morphological changes,increased the celluar survival rate,reduced releases of LDH,increased activities of SOD,and inhabit productions of MDA in cells during hypoxia injury.Conclusion Propofol have a remarkably protective effect on hypoxia injured neurons.
