血浆制品凝血因子Ⅷ和纤维蛋白原水平与献血人群ABO血型关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆制品因子Ⅷ（FⅧ）、纤维蛋白原（Fg）含量水平与献血人群ABO血型的关系。方法按照血浆制品类别的不同分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,Ⅰ组为冷沉淀组,Ⅱ组为新鲜冷冻血浆（FFP）组;冷沉淀、FFP均为4~6 h采集的400 mL新鲜全血制备而成。分别对上述两组血浆制品进行FⅧ、Fg测定;FⅧ的活性检测采用一期法,Fg采用凝血酶法检测。结果中A、B血型献血者FⅧ、Fg含量较O、AB型者含量显著升高,且A型最高,O型最低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论由于A、B型人群中的FⅧ、Fg含量较高,可能容易引发对与该种血型相关的疾病;非O血型比较容易患血管栓塞和动脉硬化,可能与该血型人群的FⅧ、Fg含量较高有关。Objective To analyze the correlation between the concentration levels of coagulation factor Ⅷ（FⅧ）,fibrinogen（Fg） and ABO blood type of blood donors.Methods According to the different plasma products,we divided the samples into categories groupⅠand Ⅱ,groupⅠ was cryoprecipitate group,group Ⅱ was fresh frozen plasma FFP group.Cryoprecipitate,FFP were collected from 400 mL fresh whole blood at 4 to 6 hours.The concentration levels of FⅧ,Fg from two groups were tested,and we tested the activity of FⅧ by a method and Fg by thrombin assay.Results The contents of FⅧ,Fg in A,B blood type from blood donors increased higher than those of O,AB type,and the contents of those in A type was the highest,in O type was the lowest,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion The contents of FⅧ,Fg in A,B blood type from blood donors increase higher than those of O,AB type.Non-O-blood type person is susceptible to blood vessel embolism and arteriosclerosis,because of the high contents of FⅧ,Fg.
