海勤人员疲劳状况与应对方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨海勤人员疲劳状况及其与应对方式的相关性。方法:用疲劳评定量表(FAI)和特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)对566名海勤人员进行量表测评,数据采用SPSS 15.0软件包进行统计分析。结果:海勤人员在疲劳的严重程度上与健康组无明显差异,而明显低于慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)患者组(t=-37.93,P<0.01);军官的疲劳程度较士兵和士官相比明显偏重(F=4.74,P<0.01),且更具有情境特异性(F=11.18,P<0.01),并更易导致心理后果(F=9.23,P<0.01);已婚海勤人员的疲劳程度较未婚组明显偏重(t=-2.66,P<0.01);和其他专业人员相比,潜水员的疲劳程度较轻(F=3.40,P<0.05),且较少出现由于疲劳导致的严重心理后果(F=7.68,P<0.01);海勤人员疲劳的严重程度与积极应对呈显著负相关(r=-0.15,P<0.01),与消极应对呈显著正相关(r=0.49,P<0.01)。结论:海勤人员疲劳状况及特点与应对方式密切相关。Objective：To study the situation of fatigue and its relationship with coping style in ship personnel.Methods：566 ship personnel were evaluated by Fatigue Assessment Instrument（FAI） and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire（TCSQ）,Data were analyzed with SPSS15.0.Results： The severity of fatigue in ship personnel had no significant difference between the healthy group,but was significantly lower than the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome（CFS） group（t=-37.93,P0.01）;There was significant difference among officers,noncommissioned officers,soldiers in the severity of fatigue（F=4.74,P0.01）,situation-specificity（F=11.18,P0.01） and psychological consequences（F=9.23,P0.01） of FAI;Married group of ship personnel was significantly greater than unmarried group in the severity of fatigue（t=-2.66,P0.01）;In divers the severity of fatigue（F=3.40,P0.05） and psychological consequences（F=7.68,P0.01） were lower than other professionals;The severity of fatigue in ship personnel was negatively correlated with positive coping（r=-0.15,P0.01） and positively correlated with negative coping（r=0.49,P0.01）.Conclusions： Conditions and characteristics of fatigue were closely correlated with coping style in ship personnel.
