摘　　要：目的:讨论精神科住院患者满意度提高的有效对策。方法:随机抽取重性精神科男、女患者各1个,进行健康教育满意度调查比较。结果:重性精神科住院患者,由于护士的健康教育到位及时,总体反应良好。结论:精神科健康教育既能提高患者的生活质量和治疗依从性,又可以减轻患者心理及家庭负担,有利于疾病康复,有利于提高住院患者满意度。Objective：Discussions to improve patient satisfaction psychiatric hospital effective countermeasures.Methods：Random sample of heavy-duty psychiatric male and female subjects,one each to carry out health education satisfaction survey comparison.Results： Patients with severe psychiatric hospital,as nurses,health education in place in time,the overall good response.Conclusions： Mental health education both increase the quality of life of patients and treatment compliance,it can lessen the burden of patients with psychological and family,is conducive to recovery from disease,help to improve hospital patient satisfaction.
