摘　　要：目的:了解目前上海市普陀区基层卫生机构心理咨询的基本情况。方法:采用信函调查方式,发出调查表17份,以频数统计和类属分析的方式分析资料。结果:显示区基层卫生机构拥有一定数量的心理咨询人才,但大多数未曾从事心理咨询服务,而且以上卫生机构均无医学心理咨询的执业范围,以及一个有效的执业环境的保障。结论:普陀区存在一定的心理咨询人才的浪费现象,并且缺乏一定的医学心理咨询的职业化机制。Objective：To investigate the progression and development of clinical psychological counselling departments in Putuo District of Shanghai.Methods：used the letter issued 17 questionnaires to frequency and type of statistical analysis is a mode of analysis.Results： The display has a grass-roots health organizations a certain number of psychological counseling personnel,but most have not engaged in psychological counseling services,and above medical health institutions do not practice the scope of psychological counseling,as well as the practice of an effective environmental protection.Conclusions： There is a certain,Putuo District,psychological counseling is a waste of talent,and the lack of a medical professional psychological counseling mechanism.
