摘 要:为摸清引进的采用斗巴(Doosan Babcock)技术制造的超临界机组W型火焰锅炉炉内空气动力特性,在1∶20冷态模化试验台上对一台近期投产的600MWe超临界机组W型火焰锅炉进行了三次风率为0%、6%和12%的冷态空气动力场试验。三个风率下炉内流场均出现偏斜现象,表现为后墙侧下行气流折转上行明显早于前墙侧,横截面上竖直速度分量、下行气流衰减及气流无量纲穿透深度在前、后墙侧均呈不对称分布。随三次风率加大,流场偏斜程度增强,前后墙侧下行气流无量纲穿透深度均减少,但后墙侧下行气流速度衰减明显快于前墙侧。To obtain the aerodynamic characteristics within a Doosan Babcock energy limited(DBEL) down-fired supercritical utility boiler,measured the flow field at different tertiary air ratios of 0%,6%,and 12% within a cold 1∶20-scaled model for a DBEL down-fired 600 MWe supercritical utility boiler.For all three ratio settings,a deflected flow field appeared in the lower furnace and the downward airflow near the rear wall was directed upward much earlier than that near the front wall.The certain cross-sectional longitudinal-velocity components,the decay of the downward airflow as well as airflow penetration depths all displayed particularly poor symmetries along the furnace center in the zones near the front and rear walls.As the tertiary air ratio increased,the flow-field deflection became turbulent and the reach of the downward airflow near the rear wall decreased clearly more rapidly than that near the front wall.
