“云计算”下的图书馆发展策略研究

摘　　要：云计算在图书馆中的应用主要是软件即服务、计算机集成系统、云存贮、平台即服务或基础设施即服务.对图书馆的影响则表现在:对图书馆职能及角色定位的影响、对图书馆组织结构与管理的影响、对图书馆资源存贮的影响、对图书馆信息服务的影响.对此,图书馆的策略有:密切关注云计算的发展及应用、积极探讨云计算图书馆的实现、研究云计算图书馆联盟的构成、共享及标准问题、重视云计算下的知识产权保护、重视云计算的安全问题.The ＂Cloud Computing＂ is characterized with super scale,virtualization,high safety and reliability,generality,expansibility,service according to need and low cost.The ＂Cloud Computing＂ can be applied in software as a service,computer integrated system,cloud storage,terrace as a service,basic facilities as a service.The ＂Cloud Computing＂ influences a library for the function and role position,organization and management,resources storage and information service.To deal with the ＂Cloud Computing＂,a library has to make the following strategies：（1） closely watching the development and appliance;（2） researching to realize Cloud Computing library;（3） researching the alliance,share and standards of the Cloud Computing libraries;（4） attaching importance to protection of the knowledge property right at Cloud Computing;and（5） laying stress on the safety of Cloud Computing.
