细节管理在血液透析动静脉内瘘术患者手术中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨细节管理在血液透析动静脉内瘘术围手术期中的应用效果。方法随机将收治的需建立动静脉内瘘术的患者65例,分为实验组(33例)和对照组(32例),根据患者个体情况对实验组实施系统的细节管理,而对照组采用传统的一般护理模式,并对两组患者的健康教育效果,护理满意度进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者的健康教育掌握程度和对护理的满意程度水平显著提高。结论细节管理在血液透析动静脉内瘘术中的充分应用,使患者尽快掌握对动静脉内瘘的相关健康知识,提高了自我管理能力,也有利于责任制整体护理质量的提高。Objective To investigate the effect of details management on perioperative hemodialysis patients for arteriovenous fistula.Methods 65 patients were randomly divided into experimental group（33 patients） and control group（32 patients）.In the experimental group,the patients were treated according to the individual circumstances,while the traditional nursing was applied in the control group.Finally,effect of health education and satisfaction of nursing were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher satisfaction of nursing and better grasped health knowledge.Conclusion The comprehensive application of details management can make patients acquire arteriovenous fistula-related health knowledge and improve self-management ability,and be conducive to the improvement of overall quality of nursing.
