临床护理路径在结肠癌术后化疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察临床护理路径在结肠癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取我科结肠癌化疗的患者120例,随机分为临床护理路径组60例(实验组)和常规护理组60例(对照组)。统计两组患者的平均住院日、健康知识评分、满意度、平均住院费用及化疗后生活自理能力。结果:应用临床护理路径组的患者可以缩短平均住院日,实验组患者的健康知识评分、满意度、生活自理能力普遍高于对照组,而实验组患者平均住院费用、医疗纠纷的案例数目低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径可以降低患者的医疗成本、改善医疗机构的医疗质量,值得推广。Objective： To observe the application research of clinical nursing pathway in colon cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods： 120 patients with colon cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into clinical nursing pathway group（treatment group） of 60 people and routine care group of 60 people（control group）.To analyze the statistical material of the two groups of patients after discharge,including the health knowledge score,the average days of hospitalizing,patient satisfaction,average charge of being in hospital,medical dispute,and the self-care ability.Results： the application of clinical nursing pathway can shorten the days in hospital.The health knowledge score,patient satisfaction,self-care ability in the treatment group were commonly higher than those in the control group,and the medical disputes,average hospitalization fees were less than those in the control group.All the status above was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Clinical nursing paths can greatly decrease the patients＇ medical costs,and improve the quality of medical care.It is worth extending in clinical.
