摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤剥除术的手术配合。方法:对182例卵巢肿瘤患者实行手术前访视、麻醉前加强心理支持、手术中严密配合、手术后及时回访;对配合手术的护士进行专业技术培训、腹腔镜器械专人管理等。结果:182例患者手术均顺利完成,无1例出现并发症。结论:重视对患者的心理护理、给予人文关怀,解决心理问题;重视手术室护士的专科技术培训,提高手术的配合能力,是提高手术成功率和患者满意度的关键。Objective： Discussion about the surgery cooperate and mentality nurse of the ovary tumour divested by celioscope.Methods： During our 182 cases research,psychosocial support before anesthesia,cooperation closely and postoperative follow-up were applied on the patients.Professional training of the operating nurses,person specially management of the celioscope instrument etc.Results： 182 cases were operated successfully completed without complications.Conclusion： Pay more attention to the patients＇ psychological care,humane care together with solution of the psychological problem;Technical training of specialist nurses in operating room,the cooperation ability were important to improve the success rate of surgery and patient satisfaction.
