摘 要:车载炮在不同工况条件下发射时,由于其自身结构中各零部件间的弹性和接触土壤的弹塑性作用,在主动力等的作用驱动下,产生十分复杂的运动变化,从而影响车载炮的射击稳定性。通过分析车载炮的拓扑结构,在一定假设的基础上,利用速度矩阵法建立了动力学仿真模型。运用该方法对车载炮发射时车体俯仰角、车体纵摇角、座钣跳高、座钣侧移等相关仿真数据和图表进行分析并进行了试验验证,结果表明模型是可行和准确的。该动力学仿真可为车载炮总体设计和试验方法改进提供参考。When truck-mounted howitzer firing under different conditions, because of elasticity in its own structure between parts and elastic-plastic effect of exposure to soil, under the drive of the main power, there existed a very complex motion variations, which had the serious influence on firing stability of gun system. By means of analysis on the topological structure of gun system, based on a certain assumptions, dynamics simulation model was set up by use of velocity matrix method. With the help of this method, the relevant simulation data and charts were analyzed and verified experimentally, these include vehicle body pitching angle, longitudinal shake angle, jump height and side movement data of base plate and so on. The results showed that the model is feasibility and accurate, and the dynamics simulation can provide reference for overall design and test.method improvement of truck-mounted howitzer system.
