摘　　要：通过实证研究发现,相比较于第一代农民工,新生代农民工的特点表现为:打工动机的发展取向;消费的多元化取向;留城意愿强烈,更适应城市生活;法律意识和自我意识较强等。Through empirical study,this thesis explored the characteristics of the new peasant-workers.Compared with the first generation peasant workers,they lay more emphasis on career development with strong legal consciousness and self-awareness.Besides,their consumption structure are diversified and they are more accustomed to city life with a burning desire to stay in cities.
