摘　　要：为提高火电厂的运行效率和质量,引入了火电厂生产运营对标管理,从生产和运营两个方面构建了火电厂生产运营对标管理综合评价指标体系;并基于灰色关联度理论,建立了对标管理效果综合评价模型,算例结果表明该综合评价模型具有可信度和实用性。In order to improve the operational efficiency and quality of power plant,the benchmarking theory for operation and operation management of thermal power plants has been introduced into power plants management,and evaluation index system for thermal power plants production operation is proposed in terms of producing and operating.Then,the comprehensive assessment model based on the grey relation degree theory is built to assess the benchmarking management effect of thermal power plants,and the calculation results indicates that the proposed method is reasonable and practical.
