海水中硝酸根的检测与分析

摘　　要：海水中硝酸盐氮的测定是海洋调查中必测的项目之一,也是海水养殖本底调查所需要的。目前它的测定方法主要有四种。镉柱还原法,锌镉还原法,锌粉还原法和镉粉还原法[1]。实验是对锌镉还原法中所用锌卷和锌片进行对照,结果发现将锌片裁成5.0 cm×3.0 cm小片,卷成内径约1.5 cm的锌卷,实验测出的海水样品硝酸盐-氮的浓度接近真实值,而直接使用1.0 cm×1.0 cm的锌片,实验测定结果比真实值低12.08%。The determination of nitrate nitrogen sea Marine investigation shall be measured is one of the project,and also mariculture survey.Now it is the determination method of main have four.Cadmium and zinc and cadmium column reduction method,cadmium and zinc powder reduction method reducing method[1].This experiment is to zinc cadmium zinc roll reduction method used in comparison,zinc and slice findings will zinc slice cropped to 5.0 cm×3.0 cm inner diameter rolled into small pieces,1.5 cm of zinc,experiment of measuring nitrite nitrogen in water sample-to the real value,and concentration of 1.0 cm×1.0 directly use the zinc,cm experimental determination result 12.08% lower than the real value.
