摘  要:文章针对江汉油田盐化工总厂的卤水管道结垢的生产实际,系统研究了影响碳酸钙溶解度(用Ksp表征)的因素(温度、pH值及盐浓度)及其规律。碳酸钙的溶解度随着温度升高、pH增大而减小,当盐浓度为50 g/L时,碳酸钙的溶解度最大。针对江汉油田盐化工总厂的卤水水质情况,理论分析和实验规律结合,确定了其卤水输送的阻垢条件,建立了预防卤水输送管道的碳酸盐结垢的研究方法,成功解决了碳酸钙类结垢的问题。In view of influencing factors(such as temperature,pH,salinity,etc.)and the law on solubility(expressing by Ksp) of CaCO3 scale is studied according to actual production problems in lose halogen pipeline in Salt Chemical Plant of Jianghan Oilfield.Results are the solubility of calcium carbonate with the rise of temperature decreases,and with the pH decreases.The solubility of calcium carbonate is the largest when NaCl concentration of 50 g/L.The brine conveying anti-scaling conditions are determined,and preventive brine pipelines carbonate scaling research methods are established,when theoretical analysis and experiment combination rule according to brine water conditions in Salt Chemical Plant of Jianghan Oilfield.This achievement has successfully solved the enterprise loses brine pipe of calcium carbonate scaling problems.
