摘 要:目的研究睡眠紊乱对维和二级医院轮换交接效果的影响,探讨合理调整时差的方法。方法将先后机动的第七批维和二级医院24名健康男性官兵(观察组)分为两组,第1组不调整时差,第2组进行时差调整;再按照职能分工将每组各分为3个小组。以第六批维和二级医院专业对口人员为对照组,采用专家评分法,分别对轮换交接情况进行评分,各组的期望达标值预设为60分。结果第1组睡眠紊乱时间(32.0±0.56)h,第2组睡眠紊乱时间(12.0±0.22)h,分别占机动总时间的77.11%和28.92%;两观察组的得分均低于预设的期望达标值[第1组(42.83±6.72)分,第2组(56.17±4.87)分,P<0.05],也显著低于对照组(P<0.01);各组均为勤务小组得分最高,医护小组得分最低(P<0.05)。结论睡眠紊乱对黎巴嫩中国维和二级医院轮换交接效果影响明显,合理的调整时差方法有助于轮换交接的更好完成。Objective To investigate the effects of sleep disorder on rotation and hand - over in an UN peacekeeping Chinese level Ⅱ hospital in Lebanon, and to explore reasonable methods for time difference adjustment. Methods The seventh batch of 24 healthy male PLA officers and soldiers deployed to an UN peacekeeping Chinese level Ⅱ hospital were divided into two groups according to the chronological order: group Ⅰ (no adjustment of time difference)and group Ⅱ (adjustment of time difference). Then each group was divided into three subgroups according to their duties and division of labor. The sixth batch of members with the same occupations deployed to this hospital was taken as controls. The rotation and hand - over of every group were evaluated by experts grading method ( EGM ), and the expected standard value of 60 points was preset. Results The sleep disorder time was ( 32.0 ± 0.56 ) h in group Ⅰ and( 12.0 ± 0. 22) h in group Ⅱ. It accounted for 77.11% and 28.92% of the total march time, respectively. The scores of both group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were lower than the preset points [ (42.83 ±6.72 ) versus ( 56.17± 4.87 ) points,P 〈 0.05 ] , and significantly lower than control group as well ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The scores of all service subgroups ranked in the top and all health care subgroups in the bottom ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Sleep disorder is of great influence on rotation and hand - over in an UN peacekeeping army Chinese level Ⅱ hospital in Lebanon. Nevertheless, reasonable methods for adjusting time difference are helpful for better rotation and hand - over.
