慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者C-反应蛋白与BODE评分的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期慢性炎症状态下,患者血C-反应蛋白(CRP)浓度的变化与患者BODE评分的关系,探讨CRP在COPD稳定期的临床意义。方法选择稳定期COPD患者160例,进行BODE评分;收集患者同期静脉血,采用散色比浊法检测CRP浓度。同时选择30例健康者作为对照组进行CRP测定。结果 COPD稳定期患者血清CRP水平较正常者显著增高,不同BODE评分组间CRP浓度不同,CRP的浓度变化与BODE评分呈正相关(r=0.625,P<0.05)。结论 COPD稳定期患者血清CRP浓度与其BODE评分密切相关,血清CRP检测在COPD稳定期患者疾病的预后判断中有着重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between patients＇ plasma Creactive protein（CRP） concentration change and BODE index in a state of chronic inflammation at the stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）,to explore the clinical significance of CRP at the stable COPD.Methods 160 cases at the stable COPD were evaluated with BODE index,venous blood of the patients was collected,CRP concentration was accessed with anti-color turbidimetry,meanwhile,30 healthy controls had the CRP measurement.Results Patients＇ serum CRP level at the stable COPD was significantly higher than that of healthy controls,different BODE index groups had different CRP concentration,the change of CRP concentration had a positive correlation with BODE score（r = 0.625,P 0.05）.Conclusion Patients＇ serum CRP concentration at the stable COPD had a close relationship with their BODE index,serum CRP measurement can be used to judge the patients＇ disease progression at the stable COPD.
