摘　　要：为降低CA488发动机铝缸盖铸件因气孔造成的废品率,必须对其造型材料的发气性能进行研究。本文介绍了对发气性能测试仪进行提高测试精度的改进及其测试结果,在此基础上提出了控制该铸件气孔缺陷的途径。In order to reduce rate of waste products caused by blowhole for CA488 engine aluminum cylinder head casting,the gas evolution of molding materials was studied.The paper introduces the modification to gas evolution measure for improvimg precise,and the results of measurement,based on which the way to control blowhole defect of the castings is given.
