摘 要:破碎作业是抢险救灾工程保障的重要内容。以抗震救灾工程机械抢险作业理论与实践为基础,运用层次分析法构建了工程破碎机械保障效能评价指标体系,探索了相应的评价方法,并应用于工程保障实践。实践表明,该方法有利于抢险救灾科学决策,对合理选配工程机械,提高突发事件工程保障效能具有积极的促进作用。Breaking work of massive rocks and concretes is important to engineering support system during disaster rescue operations.Firstly,based on the rescue theory and practice of breaking engineering machine,the influencing factors and practice of engineering support efficiency to earthquake disaster affecting areas during rescue operations is analyzed.Secondly,according to the method of AHP,a fuzzy mathematical appraising system is established to evaluate the working efficiency of break engineering machines.Finally,the method is tested by its application during rescue operations.The result indicates that the method facilitates the scientifical determination of rescue strategy,the reasonable selection of engineering machines and the effective enhancement of engineering support ability during emergency rescue operations.
