摘 要:油库高黏油品黏度大、凝固点高,在常温下管输水力损失大,必须加热升温降黏后才能实施管输、收发及灌桶作业。分析了黏油蒸汽加热的不利因素,研究了黏油热边界层减阻输转理论与工艺技术,开拓了热边界层理论与技术的应用领域。研制了基于热边界层减阻理论的黏液输转装置,建立了黏油热边界层减阻工艺水力和热力数学模型,并编制计算程序,通过热力和水力耦合计算确定高黏油品管输的水力损失和加热功率,从而实现高黏油品不需整体加温即可输转、收发及灌装作业的新工艺、新技术。高黏油品热边界层减阻输转工艺及装置研究成果得到推广应用,取得了积极的军事、经济和社会效益。The high viscosity oil is of high freezing point,so it is of bigger hydraulic resistance for pipeline transportation.The high viscosity oil can be transported,received,provided and barrel filled in pipeline when it is heated for reducing the viscosity.The disadvantages of steam heating for high viscosity oil is analyzed,the transportation theory of heat boundary layer and technology of high viscosity oil is researched,and the transportation theory of heat boundary layer and its application are exploited.The viscous liquid transportation device is developed based on the heat boundary layer theory.The mathematic model is set up for calculating the hydraulic resistance and the heat loss of the heat boundary layer.According to the computing program,the hydraulic resistance and the heat loss of the heat boundary layer are conformed to the coupling calculation.Therefore,the new technology and new technique can be put into application for pipeline transporting,receiving,providing and barrel filling of high viscosity oil,in which the high viscosity oil is unnecessary to wholy heat for reduce the viscosity.The result has been applied widely,which is of good military,economic and social meanings.
