摘  要:机动管线大量运用于抢险、救灾、作战等特殊场合,顺序输送多种油品(水)是其主要输送工艺。及时、准确地检测和跟踪混油界面是保证输送油品质量、正确进行混油切割、减少混油损失的关键。根据机动管线特点和使用要求,在分析研究国内外常用混油界面检测技术的基础上,采用超声波"波辐射"法,研制出一种新型便携式混油界面检测仪。Mobile pipelines are widely used for emergency rescue,disaster relief and military operations,etc.Batching transportation for multiple oil products or other liquids is a main transportation process of mobile pipeline.During the batching transportatioin,it is crucial to detect and track the interfaces between contaminations and products accurately and in time so that the contaminations can be properly cut in order to guarantee quality of products and reduce loss of contaminations.According to the features and operating requirements of mobile pipeline,and based on a series of analysis and research on domestic and international common detection techniques of contamination interface,a new kind of portable contamination interface surveymeter is developed with the wave radiation principle of ultrasonic.
