云南边疆高校毕业生就业压力特点调查研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查并结合访谈分析研究云南边疆高校毕业生的就业压力特点。结果显示:云南边疆高校毕业生就业压力总体处于中等水平,接近90%的被试就业压力水平处于中高程度。大学毕业生就业压力得分有显著的性别差异;大学毕业班学生就业压力总分在专业、家庭月收入、学历上无显著差异,但在部分因子上有显著差异;在民族和生源上无显著差异。This study conducts questionnaire survey and interview Survey on Yunnan frontier college seniors to explore the characteristics of their employment pressure. The results show that Yunnan frontier college graduatesoverall employment pressure is at a medium level, about 90% of the subjects is at a high level of employment pressure. Frontier college graduates employment pressure has significant gender differences. Their total score ofemployment pressure doesn＇t have significantly difference in major, family monthly income and academic degree. However, there is significant difference on some factors. The employment pressure is not significantly different innations and students sources.
