摘　　要：通过轮毂轴承润滑脂流失理论计算,轮毂轴承温度场模拟仿真及润滑脂的流变学研究,分析了高原地区车辆轮毂轴承润滑脂流失失效原因,并进行了实验室验证试验、行车验证试验及轮毂轴承润滑脂使用性能评定方法研究,提出了解决高原地区车辆轮毂轴承润滑脂流失失效的方法。By theory calculation of grease loss in vehicle wheel bearing,imitation of temperature field in wheel bearing and rheology research of grease,the cause of grease loss in vehicle wheel bearing in plateau area is analyzed.The verified tests in laboratory and on vehicle are carried out,and the evaluation of properties of wheel bearing grease is studied as well.Eventually,the measure of vehicle wheel bearing grease failure on plateau area is proposed.
