摘  要:研究了锡青铜粉不同含量的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,以及添加后对其力学性能的影响,并研究不同润滑介质下的摩擦磨损机理。结果表明:填充锡青铜粉后材料密度增大,邵氏硬度变大,拉伸强度下降;磨损率大幅下降;磨损过程以疲劳磨损为主,在干摩擦条件下伴有磨粒磨损。The friction and wear poperties of polytetrafluorethylene(PTFE) filled with different mass ratio bronze were investigated.The effect of filling tin bronze power on mechanical and mechanism of friction and wear in different lubricanting conditions were also researched.The result showed that the density and shore hardness of composite materials increased but the tensile strength decreased with the increase of tin bronze content.Meanwhile,the wear rate in different lubricanting conditions droped greatly.The fatigue wear acted the major role during the wear process,accompanied with abrasire wear in the dry condition.
