摘 要:通常电除尘的控制理念认为,施加于电极间的直流电压的纹波系数愈小,电源效率及除尘效率愈高,结果导致除尘效率的进一步提高受到火花放电现象的限制.通过分析研究气体放电理论及现场工程实验,认为电极间电压波形为脉冲+直流时更加有利于除尘效率的提高.为此提出一种新的控制方法,功率电路选用三相可控硅拓扑结构;调节规律采用跟踪临界火花点方式,实现输出电压波形为脉冲+直流的控制方案.跟踪临界火花点调节规律降低了火花放电的频率,脉冲+直流波形提高了尘埃的荷电量及迁移速度.通过工业除尘试验对该方案进行了验证,与单相可控硅方案相比烟尘排放量下降幅度最高达60%以上,与其它三相可控硅方案相比烟尘排放量下降幅度最高达25%以上.与单相可控硅方案相比节能达28%(视在功率).In the conventional control concept of electrostatic Precipitation,the smaller ripple factor of DC voltage between the electrodes,the efficiency of power supply and the collection efficiency are higher;which lead to further improvement of the dust Precipitation efficiency is restricted by the spark discharge phenomenon.By means of the analysis of gas discharge theory and field engineering experiments,it is found that the pulse + DC voltage waveform between electrodes are favorable for the improvement of collection efficiency.Based on above discovery,a new control method is proposed,in which three-phase controllable silicon(SCR)topological structure is adopted in power circuitry,and tracking critical spark point is used to determine the regulate pattern,to achieve the pulse + DC voltage waveform output.The tracking critical spark point regulate pattern could reduce the frequency of spark discharge,and pulse + DC voltage waveform could increase the charge amount on dust and the migratio velocity.Industrial dust Precipitation tests are performed to validate this method.It is shown that the decrease of dust emissions is up to 60%,comparing with the single-phase SCR scheme;is up to 25%,comparing with other three-phase SCR scheme.Furthermore,power-saving(apparent power)is up to 28%,comparing with single-phase SCR scheme.
