摘 要:在pH=9.5的溶液介质中,Al(III)与8-羟基喹啉形成疏水性络合物,被萃取入微乳相,λex=372 nm,λem=514 nm下,荧光光度法测定铝含量。方法详细探讨了提取剂、微乳液组成、溶液pH、试剂用量等实验条件的影响。在最优实验条件下,测定铝的线性范围为2.0~600μg/L,方法的相对标准偏差为2.4%,标准加入回收率在96.7%~102.7%之间。用于土壤样品中可溶性铝含量的测定,结果满意。In pH 9.5 buffer solution,Al(III) reacted with 8-hydroxyquinoline to form a hydrophobic complex,which could be extracted into microemulsion phase and separated from the aqueous phase.The concentration of trace Aluminum was determined by spectrofluorimetry under the conditions of λex=372 nm and λem= 514 nm.The effects of experimental conditions such as extracting agent,microemulsion formation,solution acidity and amounts of reagents were studied.Under the optimum conditions,the linear concentration range for Al(III) was 2.0~600 μg/L,the RSD of the method was 2.4%,and the recoveries for the spiked samples were 96.7%~102.7% for Al(III).The method applied to the determination of soluble aluminum in soil samples had satisfactory results.
