摘　　要：介绍了MSDS制度及其在我国存在的问题,阐述了企业的社会责任,提出了企业严格执行MSDS制度,从企业内部、用户和社会3个利益相关方来自觉履行社会责任。MSDS system and its problems in our country were introduced,social accountability of manufacturer was expounded,and manufacture must strictly implement MSDS system,and to consciously take over the social accountability from the internal benefit of manufacturer,users and society.
