摘　　要：6.5%Si高硅钢具有优异的软磁性能,是高频电机铁芯的理想材料。详细介绍了制备6.5%Si钢的轧制工艺、气相沉积工艺和电化学沉积工艺,展望了其发展前景。6.5%Si steel has excellent soft magnetic properties, and therefore it was a sort of best material foriron core of high frequency electromotor. The preparation technology of rolling process, CVD process and electrochemical deposition process of 6.5%Si steel were introduced. The prospect of 6.5%Si steel was also given.
