摘　　要：前瞻性地以节约和环保的高新技术修复失效报废的机械零件,符合国家发展循环经济的政策。本文从循环经济的基本概念入手,阐述机械零件修复再利用的实质体现循环经济的基本原则。According with the national policy for the development of the cycle economy, some mechanical parts which have failed and discarded was repaired using the environmental-friendly and economized high technology. Starting with the basic concept of cycle economy, this paper described the basic principle of cycle economy by repairing and reusing mechanical parts.
