摘　　要：针对我公司04年从美国CONSARC公司引进的6T真空感应炉的真空系统目前存在的问题,提出用国产罗茨泵替代进口SN14000V罗茨泵的改造方案,并根据进口罗茨泵参数结合变频调速进行罗茨泵和变频器的选型及参数确定,最后安装调试达到设备的要求。改造后运行良好,同时大大减少设备的维修量和降低设备采购费用。According to current problems existing in the vacuum system of 6t vacuum induction furnace imported from American Consarc company in 2004, improvement projects about substitution for imported SN14000V roots pump with do- mestic roots pump were proposed in this paper. Selection of roots pump and frequency converter and establishment of parameters were carried out in accordance with The parameters of imported roots pump and frequency conversion adjusting speed, and eventually installation and adjustment came up to the requirement of equipments. Roots pump run stably and reliably after improvement, moreover maintenance work and procurement cost of equipments was greatly reduced.
