对构建科学城内学习型社区的几点思考

摘　　要：随着学习型组织理论被越来越多的人所了解，学习型组织和学习型社会的构建也成为中国工程物理研究院（以下简称中物院）管理活动中被更多人所接受的方式，而学习型社区的构建是学习型组织和学习型社会构建的重要途径。本文主要通过对科学城三个社区进行实地调研，了解当前社区居民的学习需求和现状，分析当前情况下构建学习型社区存在的问题和原因，并提出相应的建议，以望对科学城社区教育的进一步改善有所帮助。With the learning organization theory accepted by more and more people, building the learning organization has become more acceptable way in management activities of CAEP. The construction of the learning community is an important way to build the learning organization. Based on the field research in three communities of CAEP, this paper introduces the current education needs and situation of the community residents, analyzes the cause of the problems of the current situation of learning construction, and then, gives appropriate advices to improve the education system of community
