摘　　要：500年来大国角力背后的经济变迁,构成大国兴衰的必然性。伴随着美国经济的沦落,战后60年美国体系走向终结。国际体系进入中美均势时代,战略优势不断向中国倾斜。美国应顺应权力交替的大趋势,实现真正的战略收缩,避免大国权力对抗。The economic change behind the wrestling between big powers over five centuries consltitutes the inevitability of their rise and decline.Coupled with the downcoming of American economy,the 60-year American system since the end of World II has come to an end.The international system enters into the Era of Sino-American Strategic Equilibrium,and strategic advantages are moving in China′s favor.The United States should conduct real strategic contraction,in complying with the inevitable trend of power transfer,to avoid confrontation between big powers.
