摘　　要：平乐正骨作为近现代中医骨伤科最具有影响力的学派之一,与其完整的理论体系、独特的学术特点及丰富的临证诊治经验密切相关。经平乐正骨的历代传人的继承和发展,总结出平乐正骨的学术精华,"三原则、四方法",即整体辨证、筋骨并重、内外兼治;四方法即治伤手法、固定方法、药物疗法、功能疗法。平乐正骨从一民间医家发展至今在国内外均有较大影响力的骨伤学派,与历代传人尤以五代传人高云峰,六代传人郭维淮为代表的开拓和发展密切相关。Pingle orthopedics and traumatology were one of the most famous academic schools of TCM traumatology as its theory system and unique technology.That were the three principles：general discrimination,tendon combined bone,internal and external therapy and the fourth methods：manipulation,fixation,drugs and functional exercise.This article summarized the representative inheritors of the six generations from the first to sixth generations.
