村民对计生奖扶制度实施情况的评价及影响因素分析——基于对湖北南漳县的调查

摘　　要：为考察不同类别农村居民对农村部分计划生育家庭奖励扶助制度实施情况的评价差异,于2010年在湖北省南漳县开展调查,并运用O rd inal回归法作调查数据分析。分析结果显示,村民年龄、家庭收入、是否为奖扶对象是影响他们对现行奖扶制度作出不同评价的主要因素,鉴于此,奖扶制度的推行应在宣传力度、奖励额度和推进思路及方法等方面加以改进。The author made a survey in Nanzhang County of Hubei province in 2010,which is concerning the villagers＇ different evaluation on the reward policy for rural family planning residents.The survey data are then analysed by means of Ordinal regression.The result shows that the villagers＇ age,family income and whether or not eligible for the cash reward are the main cause for their comment.In view of this,the paper holds that the policy is to be further implemented by strengthening its publicity and education,improving the reward amount,the boosting orientation and method,etc.
