摘  要:采用负离子原位聚合法,以N,N-二甲氨基苯甲醛缩苯胺为封端剂合成了链端氨基官能化集成橡胶,考察了封端剂用量、聚合物相对分子质量及大分子链活性端种类对分子官能化封端率的影响,并对聚合物进行了表征和性能测试。结果表明,该封端剂可以与大分子活性种等摩尔反应,聚合物相对分子质量及分子链末端种类对分子官能化封端率的影响不大;以N,N-二甲氨基苯甲醛缩苯胺为封端剂可以制备分子官能化封端率较高的链端氨基官能化集成橡胶,当聚合物相对分子质量为8×103时,静态接触角从未官能化时的95.6°降低到改性后的69.7°,链端氨基官能化集成橡胶的亲水性能明显改善;氨基官能化改性后集成橡胶的粘接性能也有较大改善,最大粘接强度达到了未官能化时的3倍。End-functionalized styrene-isoprene-butadiene copolymer(NSIBR) was prepared by in situ anionic polymerization with N,N-dimethyl-aminobenzylidene-aniline(DMABA) as end-capping agent.The influences of the end-capping agent level,the relative molecular mass of the polymer,and the kind of active chain end on the functionality were investigated.Further,the microstructure and properties of NSIBR were examined.The results showed that the relative molecular mass of the polymer and the kind of active chain end hardly affected the functionality of NSIBR.When the relative molecular mass of the polymer was 8×103,the contact angle of NSIBR decreased from 95.6° to 69.7°,indicating that end group functionalization of the polymer with DMABA resulting in a significant increase of the hydrophilic property.The surface adhesive property of NSIBR was also enhanced and 3 times as large as that of SIBR.
