摘 要:针对多联组配轴承在安装过程中出现错位时,错位是否影响转子系统稳定运行的问题,建立了柔性转子系统的有限元模型,推导了错位安装的轴承非线性力的公式,采用数值积分的方法分析了错位安装对转子系统的非线性动力学特性的影响.通过与正常安装转子系统的对比发现,错位安装是影响多联组转子系统稳定性的重要因素之一.当错位量一定时,可较大地减小系统失稳区域的宽度,当错位在x方向时,可使x方向的振幅随错位量的增大而减小,但错位在y向的振幅变化幅度不大.研究表明,适当的错位有助于改善转子系统运行的稳定性.Aiming at the problem whether the stable operation of rotor system is influenced as installed displacement appears in one of ball bearings,a finite element model of the flexible rotor is established and the formula of the nonlinear force about misdisplacement installed bearing is derived.The numerical integral is employed to analyze the influence of installed displacement on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system.Compared with the systems supported by bearings normally installed and ones with misdisplacement,it can be found that the installed displacement plays one of important factors on the stability of the rotor system.A certain misdisplacement makes the width of the system instability region narrower;if the displacement appears in x direction,the amplitude in x direction is smaller with the increasing installed displacement,while the amplitude in y direction does not change obviously.The analytic results show that the proper misdisplacement is beneficial for stable operation of the rotor system.
