摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定枸磺新啶片中枸橼酸喷托维林和盐酸溴己新含量。方法色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相为10 mL.L-1磷酸溶液-10 mL·L-1三乙胺溶液-乙腈（35∶35∶30）;检测波长：215 nm;流速：1.0 mL·min-1;柱温：35℃,进样量：20μL。结果线性范围分别为质量浓度73.8172.2μg·mL-1（r=0.999 9）和51.1119.3μg·mL-1（r=0.999 8）,平均回收率分别为99.5%（RSD=0.5%）和100.2%（RSD=0.4%）。结论方法简便、准确、专属性强。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the contents of pentoxywerine citrate and bromhexine hydrochloride in Pentoxywerine Citrate Sulfamethoxazole Bromhexine Hydrochloride and Thinethoporim Tablets.Method An Inertsil ODS-3 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with 10 mL·L-1 phosphoric-1% triethylamine-acetonitrile（35∶35∶30） as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was set at 215 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the sample loaded amount was 20 μL.Results The liner range was 73.8-172.2 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 9） and 51.1-119.3 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery was 99.5%（RSD=0.5%） and 100.2%（RSD=0.4%）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control
